Every Run LLC grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Every Run app on devices you own or control, subject to the app-store rules and our Terms of Service.
Don't copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law. The app and its content remain our property.
Your use of the app is subject to the assumption-of-risk, "reference only / not for navigation," warranty-disclaimer, limitation-of-liability, and indemnification terms in our Terms of Service, which are incorporated here by reference.
This license ends automatically if you breach it. On termination, stop using and delete the app.
